Spoken: Schauming – a popular noodle dish with Maggi and a Chinese touch

Cook the noodles in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, fry the minced meat in a pan with a little fat until crumbly and season with Chinese spices. Season the cooked noodles with Maggi to taste and add the crumbly minced meat. Finally, strain the bean sprouts from the jar through a sieve, add them to the noodle and minced meat mixture, and heat gently. This dish comes from my husband’s family and is very popular among our Maggi-loving family members. I don’t know where the recipe originally came from or what its actual name is.
