Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 skate wing, approx. 350 g
- ½ Chinese cabbage
- 125 ml vegetable stock
- 3 cm ginger
- 2 red chili peppers, sliced
- 1 garlic clove(s), fresh
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- e.g. cayenne pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
from the oven
Finely chop the Chinese cabbage. Finely chop the chili, ginger, and garlic. Mix all ingredients except the fish, coconut oil, and pepper like a salad and place in a casserole dish. Rub the skate wing with a little coconut oil, dust with cayenne pepper, and place on top of the other ingredients. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
