Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 slices of toast or wholemeal toast
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 3 slices of Black Forest ham
- 8 slices of Emmental cheese
- n. B. spice(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 7 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 19 minutes
Preheat the oven to 250°C (top/bottom heat). This may vary from oven to oven. Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place the mushrooms in a sieve to allow the liquid to drain. Stack the Black Forest ham slices on top of each other and cut them in half. Place one half on each slice of bread. Use a bread slicer to cut 8-10 5mm thick slices from a wheel of Emmental cheese. Arrange the mushrooms on the ham and place 4 or 5 slices of cheese on top. Season to taste. Bake for 12-15 minutes, depending on your taste and oven.
