Asian stir-fry with pak choi

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g rice
  • Salt
  • 300 g pork schnitzel
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 small peppers, from the jar
  • 300 g pak choi
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 100 g soy sprouts, from the jar
  • 200 ml chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Cut the pork cutlets into strips. Peel the onion and garlic. Halve the onion and cut into strips. Finely dice the garlic. Deseed the peppers and slice them into thin rings. Cut the pak choi into strips. Toast the sesame seeds in a high-sided pan without fat. Remove from the pan and set aside. Heat oil in the pan and fry the cutlets until golden brown. Add the onion, garlic, peppers, pak choi, and sprouts and fry briefly. Deglaze with chicken stock and soy sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve with rice.
