Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 150g quinoa
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 pack of sheep’s cheese
- 1 onion(s)
- Salad herbs
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Simple and fast
Rinse the quinoa with warm/hot water to remove any bitterness. Boil the quinoa in a pot with 2.5 times the amount of water (375 ml for 150 g of quinoa). Drain after 15 minutes. Finely chop the onion, halve the tomatoes, and dice the feta cheese. Brown the minced meat and onion in a pan and season with salt and pepper. Once the minced meat is cooked through, add the quinoa, tomatoes, and feta cheese, mix well, and season with salad herbs.
