Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s), cut into strips
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 2 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 pack of vegetables (Asian vegetables, frozen)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 pinch of chili

Marinate the chicken strips with the grated garlic cloves and sunflower oil. Cover and set aside for about 1 hour. In the meantime, dice the onion and then sauté it with the Asian vegetables. Sear the meat in a wok or pan. Finally, add the vegetables to the meat and season with soy sauce and a little chili. Serve with rice or Asian fried noodles.
