Asian Vitamin Soup

- 1 Small broccoli
- 2 Medium sized carrots
- 0,5 Aubergine
- 4 Spring onions
- 1 Yellow peppers
- 6 Mushrooms brown
- 150 g Natural tofu
- 1,5 l Vegetable broth
- 1,5 tsp Green curry paste
- 1 tsp Asian spice, organic
- Soy sauce
- Sesame salt
- The vegetables are roughly cut into small pieces and the tofu is diced. The broth is boiled with the Asian spice and the curry paste, vegetables and tofu are added, everything simmer gently for about 15 minutes. In a bowl and sprinkle with sesame salt. As an alternative to curry paste, you can also simmer a finely chopped chilli pepper and finely chopped ginger in the soup. Both spices are ideal for heating up and driving out bacteria.
