Asparagus Cake Green and White

  • 500 g Asparagus white
  • 500 g Asparagus green
  • 150 g Salami
  • 300 g Sour cream
  • 3 Eggs
  • Nutmeg, salt, pepper
  • 100 g Parmesan, grated
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °
  2. Dice the salami
  3. Grease the tray well, roll out the dough
  4. Place the asparagus on the dough, sprinkle with salami and prepare a topping with the above ingredients, then stir in the Parmesan and pour on the asparagus.
  5. Bake the whole thing for about 30 minutes
  6. I had Veggi`s to visit, so I only provided 1 half with salami.
