- 500 g Asparagus white
- 500 g Asparagus green
- 150 g Salami
- 300 g Sour cream
- 3 Eggs
- Nutmeg, salt, pepper
- 100 g Parmesan, grated
- Preheat the oven to 200 °
- Dice the salami
- Grease the tray well, roll out the dough
- Place the asparagus on the dough, sprinkle with salami and prepare a topping with the above ingredients, then stir in the Parmesan and pour on the asparagus.
- Bake the whole thing for about 30 minutes
- I had Veggi`s to visit, so I only provided 1 half with salami.
