White and Green Asparagus Breaded Dieter’s Way
The perfect white and green asparagus breaded dieter’s way recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Asparagus green fresh
- 600 g Asparagus white fresh
- 2 piece Whisked eggs
- 300 g Roasted cashew nut and peanut hot chili flavor
- 150 g Bread chips onion flavor
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 0,5 tsp Chili powder
- 100 g Spelled flour
- 6 tbsp Rapeseed oil
For cooking asparagus
- 30 g Butter
- 3 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 liter Water
- Boil the asparagus as well as in my KB. Drain the cooked asparagus with a paper towel. First we put eggs in a plate and stir with a fork. Then we put the cashew nut peanut mix hot chili in a food processor and chop it up
- With the mini bread chips onion flavor we proceed in the same way, only that we mix in a little garlic powder and chili powder. Then put it on a plate each. Now we put spelled flour on a plate. Now we take alternating white and green asparagus, dabbed well
- Turn it first in the spelled flour, then in the egg and then optionally in the crushed nuts or in the breadcrumbs. Put some oil in a pan and fry the asparagus until golden. In addition fresh boiled potatoes and fried boiled ham and of course some hollandaise sauce.
