White and Green Asparagus Breaded Dieter’s Way

The perfect white and green asparagus breaded dieter’s way recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Asparagus green fresh
  • 600 g Asparagus white fresh
  • 2 piece Whisked eggs
  • 300 g Roasted cashew nut and peanut hot chili flavor
  • 150 g Bread chips onion flavor
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0,5 tsp Chili powder
  • 100 g Spelled flour
  • 6 tbsp Rapeseed oil

For cooking asparagus

  • 30 g Butter
  • 3 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 liter Water
  1. Boil the asparagus as well as in my KB. Drain the cooked asparagus with a paper towel. First we put eggs in a plate and stir with a fork. Then we put the cashew nut peanut mix hot chili in a food processor and chop it up
  1. With the mini bread chips onion flavor we proceed in the same way, only that we mix in a little garlic powder and chili powder. Then put it on a plate each. Now we put spelled flour on a plate. Now we take alternating white and green asparagus, dabbed well
  1. Turn it first in the spelled flour, then in the egg and then optionally in the crushed nuts or in the breadcrumbs. Put some oil in a pan and fry the asparagus until golden. In addition fresh boiled potatoes and fried boiled ham and of course some hollandaise sauce.
