Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 kg asparagus
- butter
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Wash and peel 1 kg of asparagus. Place about 5 spears at a time on aluminum foil, sprinkle with salt and butter. Roll up the foil with the asparagus and place in the oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes, depending on your taste. If you prefer your asparagus firmer, simply remove it from the oven earlier.
