Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 m.-sized eggs
  • 400 g sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 200 g butter
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 can condensed milk, sweetened, e.g. Milchmädchen
  • 200 g butter

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 175°C fan-assisted oven or 200°C conventional oven. For the dough, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Stir in the sour cream, flour, butter, and baking powder. Spread the dough on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown. After baking, let the dough cool. Use a drinking glass to cut out round hedgehogs. Use the leftover dough as crumbs. For the cream, put the can of Milchmädchen and 200g butter in a bowl and mix well. First dip the cut-out hedgehogs completely into the cream and let them drip off a little, then roll them thoroughly in the crumbs. Let everything dry out a little so the hedgehogs absorb the cream.
