Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg asparagus, fresh
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 100 g butter, melted
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- pepper
- Sea salt
- Chives, rolls
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 200°C. Meanwhile, peel the asparagus generously, place it in ice water, and let it rest. Double up the foil, divide the asparagus into two portions, place on the foil, and season with oil, butter, sugar, salt, and pepper. Seal the foil and twist the ends tightly together. Place the parcels on a baking sheet and cook for 45 minutes. Then let them rest, closed, for about 5 minutes. Remove from the foil and garnish with the chives. Anything you normally eat with asparagus goes well with it.
