Asparagus in Pajamas
The perfect asparagus in pajamas recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Freshly prepared asparagus
- 2 Packages Hollandaise sauce
- 6 Discs Raclette cheese or other
- 8 disc Cooked ham
Omelette (pancake)
- 300 g Flour
- 4 piece Free range eggs
- Milk
- Fresh herbs mixed
- Salt
- Gourmet pepper from my KB
- Cold-Pressed sunflower oil
- Margarine
- Peel the asparagus and cook in salt, sugar and water until al dente
Omelette (pancake)
- Prepare omelets Process flour, eggs and milk into a dough, season with salt and pepper, if you like, you can add herbs at the end. AS A TIP, if you like the omelette lighter, you can use half carbonated mineral water and half milk.
- 4 Bake large omelets
- Mix the hollandaise sauce from the bag. With the homemade dish, there is a risk of the butter curdling with this dish. So bag sauce
- Now preheat the oven to 200 degrees
- Butter Gratinform well
- Cover the omelette with ham and asparagus, spread the hollandaise sauce over the asparagus and fold the pancakes first at the bottom and then from the sides and place in the pan.
- Finally, spread the raclette cheese slices over the top and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- A fine salad goes well with it
