Asparagus in Puff Pastry
The perfect asparagus in puff pastry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Brushed condensed milk
- 2 Pc. Asparagus green fresh
- 2 Pc. Sheep cheese
- 4 piece Spring onions fresh, cut
- 2 pinch Chilli from the mill
- 50 ml Condensed milk 7.5% fat
- 2 Teaspoon. Sesame black
- Take the puff pastry out of the refrigerator and roll up. With a kitchen wheel, divide into 6 pieces.
- Cut the spring onion and place it on the front edge of each part. Put some sheep’s cheese in the middle.
- Peel the green asparagus in the lower third, cut off diagonal thin strips + place on the upper edge. Season with chilli + black pepper
- Now roll together from below. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with condensed milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 200 ° C for approx. 12 – 15 min.
