Asparagus in Puff Pastry

The perfect asparagus in puff pastry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Brushed condensed milk

  • 2 Pc. Asparagus green fresh
  • 2 Pc. Sheep cheese
  • 4 piece Spring onions fresh, cut
  • 2 pinch Chilli from the mill
  • 50 ml Condensed milk 7.5% fat
  • 2 Teaspoon. Sesame black
  1. Take the puff pastry out of the refrigerator and roll up. With a kitchen wheel, divide into 6 pieces.
  2. Cut the spring onion and place it on the front edge of each part. Put some sheep’s cheese in the middle.
  3. Peel the green asparagus in the lower third, cut off diagonal thin strips + place on the upper edge. Season with chilli + black pepper
  4. Now roll together from below. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with condensed milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 200 ° C for approx. 12 – 15 min.
