  • 1 package Filo pastry
  • 200 g Feta
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • 800 g Frozen spinach chopped
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Liquid butter
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg, chilli
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 2 toes Fresh garlic
  1. Defrost the spinach, finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in a little butter. Add the spinach to the boil briefly and season well.
  2. Crumble the feta and add to the spinach then mix in the cream cheese and eggs.
  3. Brush a baking dish with butter, brush the filo pastry sheets individually with milk and place a sheet in the mold, then a layer of spinach then again dough until everything is used up. Finally, brush a sheet of dough with milk and butter and cut into it like then you want to have the pieces.
  4. Preheat the oven to 160 C ° and bake the casserole for about 60 minutes until the casserole is nice and light brown.
