Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 kg asparagus
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- 30 g butter, melted

Peel the asparagus thoroughly, trim off the woody ends, and place the dripping wet asparagus in a Tupperware Ultra Plus container (I used the 3-liter container). Sprinkle with salt and sugar and pour over the melted butter. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (convection oven) and cook the asparagus for 40 to 45 minutes (test with a knife if necessary). Serve with a tasty jacket potato, topped with the liquid collected in the Ultra Plus container, and a few ham rolls.
