Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pkt. creamed spinach, frozen
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ onion(s)
  • Vegetable broth, granulated
  • nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Thaw the spinach; if you’re in a hurry, microwave it. Finely chop the garlic and onion and fry them in a little oil in a pan. Add the spinach, heat until hot, and simmer for a few minutes. Season to taste with vegetable stock granules, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
