Asparagus Noodle Pan with Chicken
The perfect asparagus noodle pan with chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Pasta
- 1 kg Asparagus green fresh
- 3 piece Spring onion
- 400 g Sliced chicken breast
- 2 piece Garlic cloves pressed
- Chicken Magic from my KB
- 2 tsp Maizena
- 1,5 dl Water
- 0,5 dl Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sambal Olek
- Cut the asparagus and peel the lower third and cut the bunch / spring onion into 3 parts
- Drain the pasta in salted water until just al dente
- Briefly fry the meat in portions in hot oil, remove the seasoning and set aside
- Fry the asparagus and spring onions in the same pan for about 5 minutes INSTEAD of spring onions or spring onions, you can also use a normal onion
- Add the pressed garlic and noodles briefly to fry
- Mix the water, sambal olek, maizena and soy sauce and add to the pan with the meat, stir in well and let it get hot
