Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 kg asparagus
- 1 shot of white wine
- 1 tsp, heaped powdered sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- some butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the asparagus. Place them one at a time on a baking sheet. Pour in the white wine. Dust with powdered sugar. Sprinkle with salt and butter flakes. Cover with two sheets of aluminum foil, ensuring the foil sheets overlap as much as possible. Bake in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) for 45 minutes (depending on the thickness of the asparagus). The asparagus should brown.
