Asparagus quiche

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry, ready-made
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 400 g asparagus, cooked
  • 2 eggs, size M
  • 1 ½ cups sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ bunch chives or
  • Lemon balm, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Rinse a tart or quiche dish with cold water and line it with the prepared puff pastry. Cut the ham into small cubes and scatter over the puff pastry. Finely chop the pre-cooked asparagus and arrange it over the ham. Whisk the eggs with the sour cream, salt and pepper, and finely chopped chives or lemon balm. Pour over the puff pastry. Place in the oven. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 30-40 minutes. Test with a skewer; the sour cream mixture should no longer be runny. Remove and divide into 4-6 pieces. Serve with a green salad.
