Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g onion(s), sliced
- 100 g bacon, cut into thin strips
- 100 g sour cream
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 450 g puff pastry
- 1 pack of eggs
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Place the puff pastry sheets on a baking sheet, overlapping the edges. Sauté the onion with the bacon and let it cool. Combine the mixture with the egg, sour cream, and seasonings and spread it on the puff pastry. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 220 degrees Celsius on the lowest rack for about 15-20 minutes.
