Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g asparagus, cooked for five minutes
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 3 eggs
- 125 g sweet cream
- 250 g sour cream
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Whisk together the eggs, sweet and sour cream, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet. The edges should be raised to prevent the egg and cream mixture from running off. Spread the pre-cooked asparagus on top and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
