Strawberry-Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 8 strawberries, fresh
  • 5 tbsp wild berries
  • 4 slices of banana
  • 1 tbsp juice (blueberry juice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, wash the strawberries and any other ingredients that need cleaning. Then, add all ingredients except one strawberry to a blender or, if you don’t have one, to a medium-sized bowl. Blend thoroughly using a hand blender or a blender. Finally, add a tablespoon of blueberry juice to the blender or bowl. Meanwhile, lightly slice a strawberry and stick it in a glass. Pour the smoothie into the glass and add a straw, if desired. Tip: This smoothie can also be made with other berries.
