Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 stalk(s) white asparagus
- 6 slices of cucumber
- 3 small tomatoes
- 2 radishes
- 1 lettuce heart(s)
- 1 spring onion(s)
- chili
- 1 lemon(s), untreated
- salt and pepper
- 3 tsp oil
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash and chop the lettuce. Peel and halve the asparagus, then fry in a pan with a little oil. Season with salt, pepper, and chili (fresh or chili flakes). Squeeze the lemon juice. Once the asparagus is a nice golden brown, deglaze with lemon juice and remove from the heat. Place the lettuce on a plate, arrange the asparagus on top, and add all the other ingredients, cut as desired, to the plate. Drizzle the juice from the pan over the asparagus and sprinkle with a little lemon zest. If you like, you can also drizzle with a vinegar and oil dressing.
