Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 2 cups of crème fraîche
- 5 eggs, hard boiled
- 200 g cooked ham, diced
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 ½ kg asparagus
- salt and pepper
- 1 dash of lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 40 minutes
Cook the peeled asparagus until al dente. Mix the crème fraîche with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and chives. Then add the ham, chopped eggs, and asparagus. It’s best to prepare this a day in advance so the salad can set nicely.
