Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml asparagus stock (cooking water)
- some cornstarch
- some milk
- Salt
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
low-fat, cholesterol-free and delicious
Heat the asparagus stock. Take a few spoonfuls and whisk them with the cornstarch in a small bowl. Add the mixed cornstarch to the stock and bring to a boil briefly. Add a little milk for color and season with salt and nutmeg. Serve hot.
