Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 ml low-fat yogurt
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch of ground cumin
- 1 large tomato(s) , or 2 small
- 1 shallot(s)
- 1 tsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk the yogurt until frothy. Season with salt, pepper, and ground or mortar-crushed cumin. Remove any excess fat from the tomato and finely dice it. Chop the shallot and the shallot. Mix with the yogurt and serve with the coriander. It goes perfectly with grilled meat.
