Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 pack of tarte flambée dough from the refrigerated section
- 250 g asparagus, green
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 onion(s), red
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 pack Camembert(s) (approx. 150 g)
- a few stalks of parsley
- salt and pepper

Quick, easy and delicious!
Peel the bottom ends of the asparagus and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the red onion into thin rings, and slice the Camembert. Roll out the tarte flambée dough, spread with the crème fraîche seasoned with salt and pepper, and top with the asparagus, tomatoes, onion, and Camembert. Bake in the oven at 200°C (convection oven) for 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley before serving.
