Ingredients
Asparagus:
- 600 g Asparagus
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 piece Lemon
- 2 Beef buns with mushrooms: *)

- 3 tbsp Butter
New potatoes:
- 200 g New potatoes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground turmeric
- 1 tsp Whole caraway seeds
Serve:
- 2 Stalk Parsley
- 2 Mini tomatoes
Instructions
Asparagus:
- Peel the asparagus and cook in water with salt (1 teaspoon salt), sugar (1 teaspoon), butter (1 tbsp) and lemon (1 piece) for approx. 6 - 8 minutes until al dente and remove.
Hearty beef buns with mushrooms: *)
- 2 Thaw hearty beef buns with mushrooms and slowly heat / fry in a pan with butter (3 tbsp). *) Hearty beef buns with mushrooms
New potatoes:
- Peel the potatoes and cook in water with salt (1 teaspoon), ground turmeric (1 teaspoon) and whole caraway (1 teaspoon) for about 20 minutes and drain.
Serve:
- Divide the asparagus on 2 plates, heat / fry with the melted butter from the meatball, serve with the beef meatbulette and the new potatoes, garnished with parsley and tomato halves.
