Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg asparagus
- 4 bananas
- 4 slices of ham
- Salt
- Sugar
- butter
- possibly milk
- Fondor
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Carefully peel the asparagus and remove any woody parts. Then cook it in a pot with water, a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of butter. Milk can be used instead of butter. Peel the bananas and fry them in butter until golden brown. Sprinkle with Fondor and wrap in ham. Serve with the asparagus and pour the banana fat over everything. Enjoy!
