Asparagus with Pork Fillet Skewer

- 1 kg Yesterday’S asparagus
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 piece Lemon

- 2 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Fragranza a base of “Aceto Balsamico di Modena Igp” FRUTTI DI BOSCO
- 2 sharpen Maggi cabbage for garnish
- Peel the asparagus and pour in water (about 1.5 liters) with salt (1 teaspoon), sugar (1 teaspoon). Boil butter (1 tbsp) and lemon (1 piece) for about 10 minutes until bubbly and remove. Mix a vinaigrette from sweet soy sauce (2 tbsp) and balsamic vinegar. Heat pork fillet skewers in the microwave with a hood. Serve asparagus with pork fillet skewer, drizzled with the vinaigrette and garnished with Maggi cabbage. *) Pork fillet skewers
