Pork Fillet Skewers

The perfect pork fillet skewers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Fresh pork fillet approx. 555 g
  • 1 Zucchini approx. 300 g
  • 1 Red peppers approx. 250 g
  • 1 Yellow pepper approx. 200 g
  • 4 Onions approx. 250 g
  • 2 ½ Tasse Erdnussöl
  • 8 Shish kebab sticks
  • 1 tbsp Mild curry powder
  • 1 bag Fix Currywurst from Knorr *)
  • 1 Baguette
  • 4 ½ Scheibe Zitrone zum Garnieren

  1. Clean the pork tenderloin, remove the tendons and cut into slices. Clean, wash and slice the zucchini. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into pieces. Peel and halve the onions and assemble them into pieces. Thread all ingredients (pork fillet slices, zucchini slices, paprika pieces and onion pieces) one after the other onto 8 shish kebab sticks and fry vigorously on all sides in 2 pans with ½ cup peanut oil each. (Attention: Use a splash guard if necessary!) Finally, sprinkle the pork fillet skewers with mild curry powder (1 tbsp). Prepare the sauce in a pan according to the instructions on the package and stir in the mild curry powder (1 tbsp). Pork fillet skewers drizzled with the curry sauce and garnished with half a lemon wedge, serve. Serve with baguette.
