Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g asparagus
- 150 g strawberries
- some pine nuts
- e.g. Parmesan
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- chili powder
- 1 vanilla pod(s), the pulp
- pepper
- Salt
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel the asparagus and remove the woody ends. Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil with a little chili powder, vanilla seeds, and a pinch of sugar. Place the asparagus and the asparagus in a covered container and cook in the microwave on high for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, hull the strawberries and sauté them in a pan with the remaining olive oil seasoned with chili powder and vanilla seeds and the pine nuts. Season with salt and pepper. Place on the asparagus and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
