Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 jars of asparagus, white
- 2 packs of sliced bacon
- e.g. breadcrumbs
- n. B. Flour
- 4 eggs
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Simple and very tasty
Remove the asparagus from the jar and let it drain. Then wrap 3 asparagus spears at a time with 1-2 slices of bacon and then coat each spear with breadcrumbs (first in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs). Fry in a pan with a little oil until golden brown. Serve with mashed potatoes, if desired, and enjoy!
