The perfect asparagus wrapped in bacon – gratinated – recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Hollandaise sauce:
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Splash Lemon juice
- 24 Discs Black Forest ham
- 1 small Onion
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 tbsp Colorful pepper
- 150 ml White wine dry
- 200 g Butter
- Salt and pepper
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 Splash Lemon juice
- 3 Egg yolk
Extra:
- 1 g Grated cheese
- 1 kg Potatoes new
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp Seasoned salt from my KB
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- Peel the asparagus and pre-cook in salted water with lemon juice for 10 minutes. Sieve and chill cold.
- Roll approx. 3 asparagus spears into 3 slices of ham and place in a baking dish. No need to grease!
Hollandaise sauce:
- Then peel and dice the onion and reduce a little in a saucepan with the bay leaves, wine and pepper. Then seven. Put the wine stock in a saucepan. Skip butter. Also works in the microphone.
- Stir the egg yolks into the wine brew on the residual heat and then stir in the butter with a nice mixture! Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, lemon juice and a little wine, pour over the asparagus rolls and sprinkle with cheese!
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees!
- Wash new potatoes and cut into small, irregular pieces!
- I baked the potatoes with a little oil, seasoned salt and paprika powder for 40 minutes in the Aktyfry. (See last picture) Otherwise heat the oil in a pan and fry the potatoes with the same spices on a low heat for about 45 minutes while turning until crispy.
- Meanwhile, baked asparagus rolls in the oven!
- Serve! 🙂
