Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 70 g oat flakes, fine
  • 30 g millet flakes
  • 1 tbsp, heaped protein powder, with vanilla flavor
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • some raspberries, frozen or fresh
  • e.g. sugar or sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Combine all ingredients. If desired, you can grind the oats and millet flakes into flour in a blender beforehand. Sweeten to taste with sugar or sweetener. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Form the dough into golf-ball-sized balls and fill each with a raspberry. Cook the curd dumplings in hot, but not boiling, water. Tip: You can also use other fruits if you like and mix desiccated coconut into the dough.
