Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 40 g cornstarch
- 2 tsp baking cocoa
- 2 bananas, ripe
- 500 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes
Puree the ripe bananas. Whisk together the cornstarch, cocoa powder, and 6 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Stir in the pureed bananas and add the remaining milk. Bring everything to a boil in the microwave or on the stovetop until the mixture reaches the desired consistency. Stir occasionally to avoid lumps. Note: The banana adds sweetness to the pudding.
