Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 180 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 350 g flour
  • ½ package baking powder
  • 100 g chocolate, chopped into pieces
  • 125 g raisins, if you like them
  • 165 g cornflakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

For 30 pieces

Combine flour and baking powder. Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy, then stir in the flour. Finally, fold in the raisins, chocolate, and cornflakes. Place walnut-sized dough balls on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
