Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g spelt flour
- 90 g butter
- 45 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 45 g almond sticks
- 75 g sugar
- some cinnamon powder
- 3 small apples
- 3 bulb(s)
- 100 g cranberries, dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Knead the flour, sugar, butter, cinnamon, almonds, and nuts into a crumble. Peel the apples and pears and cut into small pieces. Place the pieces and cranberries in a shallow dish, such as a tart dish. Cover the fruit with the crumble. Bake the tart in a preheated oven at 150°C (convection oven) for 30 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
