Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups of flour (250 g)
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar (50 g)
  • ½ pack of butter (125 g)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 kg plum(s)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • n. B. cinnamon sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 41 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 11 minutes

Prepare a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients, roll it out, and line a prepared tart pan. Chill. Then pre-bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 10 minutes. Brush with egg white and return to the oven for another minute to create a protective layer. Score and pit the plums, forming long strips. Arrange them in a wreath shape on the pastry. Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Stir in the sour cream and pour over the dough. Bake in the preheated oven for another 20-30 minutes, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
