Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ liter of sour milk
- ½ liter buttermilk
- ¼ liter of milk
- ¼ liter of water
- 3 cups sour cream
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- n. B. Salt
- 2 tbsp, leveled flour, 405
- e.g. cottage cheese

Bring the sour cream, buttermilk, milk, and water to a boil in a saucepan with a little salt. Stir the flour with a little water to form a dough, making sure there are no lumps. Stir this dough into the boiling milk soup and bring back to a boil briefly. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the sour cream and cream thoroughly; do not allow the soup to boil again. Season with salt to taste. If you like small lumps of milk in your soup, mix in cottage cheese. Serve with stale bread or boiled potatoes.
