Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 glasses of pineapple juice
  • ½ mango(s)
  • ½ papaya
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 10 m.-sized strawberries
  • Lemon balm leaves, for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Chill the pineapple juice in the freezer for at least half an hour. Peel the mango and papaya and remove the stones. Peel the banana, wash the strawberries, reserving a few good ones, and hull the rest. Puree all ingredients in a blender or with an immersion blender until the desired consistency is reached. Thin with water to taste. Pour into glasses and garnish each with half a strawberry and a few lemon balm leaves to serve. Do not add ice cubes, as this will make the smoothie too watery.
