Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 ml kefir, 3.5% fat
  • 10 g ginger root
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch of vanilla pulp
  • 300 g pear(s), peeled and pitted

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pear-Ginger

Peel the ginger. Chop the ginger and pears into pieces and place them in a blender with the remaining ingredients. Puree with an immersion blender. Pour into glasses and serve.
