Avocado and celery salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 10 stalks of celery
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp honey
  • ½ tsp salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and slice the celery. Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and dice it. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Mix the marinade ingredients together and season to taste. Add more if desired. Alternate layers of celery and avocado on plates or in a bowl and pour the marinade over them.
