Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 slice(s) of bread(s) (country bread), Spanish
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado(s), diced
  • 10 olives, black
  • 120 g cheese (tapas cheese), crumbled
  • 1 lime(s), the juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 10 basil leaves, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Tapas

First, drizzle 4 tablespoons of olive oil onto the bread slices and bake them in the oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the halved tomatoes, diced avocado, olives, and crumbled cheese with the lime juice, remaining olive oil, and seasonings. Then spread this mixture onto the bread and sprinkle with basil.
