Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 flatbread(s)
- ½ pack of feta cheese
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 2 spring onions
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 pack of tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- e.g. olive oil
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Vegetarian, but can also be topped with meat.
Cut the flatbread in half and drizzle with olive oil. Wash and slice the tomatoes and bell pepper, removing the seeds. Peel the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Crumble the feta cheese and halve the cherry tomatoes. Chop the sunflower seeds as desired and spread all the ingredients except the cheese on the flatbread. For the marinade, peel the garlic and press it through a press. Add salt and pepper and mix well. Pour the marinade over the vegetables and spread the feta cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes, until the flatbread is golden brown.
