Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • 50 g low-fat yogurt
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

good with sandwiches or for dipping

Cut the avocado open, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Now add the mayonnaise and yogurt to the flesh. Blend everything and season with salt and pepper. A great alternative to mayonnaise or ketchup on a sandwich, but also suitable for dipping.
