Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized avocado(s), ripe
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • e.g. coconut milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Very tasty alternative to other chocolate spreads

Combine all ingredients in a tall bowl and blend with a hand blender until creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a few drops of coconut milk at a time until the right consistency is reached. Store the cream in a sealable jar in the refrigerator. It’s delicious on rolls and toast, but also on whole-grain bread.
