Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g chickpeas, from the jar or can
  • 10 g coconut flour, optionally protein powder or other nut flour
  • 50 g banana(s)
  • 50 g soy quark (quark alternative)
  • 10 g melt-in-the-mouth flakes
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Spice(s), e.g. cinnamon powder, vanilla, tonka bean etc.
  • 20 g sweetener, e.g. Xucker light or vegan sweetener or more flavor drops
  • 3 drops of Flavdrops (butter cookie flavor)
  • e.g. fruit, cocoa nibs, nuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Rinse the chickpeas thoroughly under running water. Combine all ingredients, except the topping, in a high-speed blender or powerful mixer and blend until smooth. Transfer the cookie dough to a bowl and garnish with the toppings.
