Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 apples, firm
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 30 g almond(s), chopped
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

This recipe makes approximately 1 jar (350 ml capacity). Peel and core the apples, then dice them into 1/2 cm cubes. Melt the sugar until light caramel, add the honey, butter, and almonds, and toast briefly. Add the diced apples, a little cinnamon, and raisins, and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Transfer to a screw-top jar. The jam will keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
